AALRR partner Gabi Ortiz will discuss practices of dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR), due process, and settlement agreements. Ms. Ortiz will also engage participants in a case study to appropriately prepare for and respond to requests for services related to Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD) and vision therapy.
